Waiting for the excel sheet mr Kurt

lance

Hey, im a cricket gaming enthusiast. Is there any way I can get involved in testing the larger portion of the game or is it only possible to use the trial version? Thanks

@rahul: Sorry man, I think the excel sheet is on my work PC. I'll only be able to get it to you next week. I'll try to get the player editor done before the weekend and then you can use that instead.

@lance: Will PM you in a bit.

I asked hedger also but he too is not responding well

Hedger is away for the next couple of days I believe

Hey guys,

update 24 is up. Check the 1st post for download links and a change log.

Cheers
Kurt

PS I am working on the editors now...

Meh, I don't like the fact that two players are working on rosters though as I would rate players differently on a whole compared to rahul so your roster would only be good for only domestic so if I can create all the rosters and then just create main players for India, then you could have rahul's created teams and players for the IPL, Indian domestic and then have my Indian players for International as they would be compared properly to the other nations players.

I seriously don't like the way you have rated few of the players.. There are some players who do are poorly rated and the biggest example is Zahee Khan who goes for 6 an over everytime a match is simulated and the best indian bowler is irfan pathan

Swann is pretty overrated. And I don't on a serious note want to interfere in your player creation rosters for internationals but I just want to make an IPL database.

I know different people have different perspective and I respect your way of thinking

@rahul: hedger hasn't done the Indian players yet - what you're seeing is the result of auto converting the stats on howzstat into the game. Once hedger gets around to finishing off all the players, you should see more realistic results.

Ah kk sorry never knew this.

@p23456789: Unfortunately it seems like some of the 3rd party libraries I'm using aren't compatible with 64bit - it's going to take some a lot more work on my part to get it running on 64bit Win :(
