What happened to it? I saw that a bug destroyed it a couple of months back, but each time I check nothing has changed.. Has Vineet disappeared off the face of this earth, or do any of you still have contact with him? Also do any of you remember iniyan, the state cricket player who went into the military, whatever happened to him.. Man, it seems like so long.. I just posted this, because if somebody knew these people's email id or something, I could get in touch with them again..

The last thing we know that he was transferred to Kashmir.Andrew Nixon is a very good friend of Iniyan.So may be he may still have contact with him.

As for vineet,i don't think that anyone knows what happened to him.Ricky sent him several emails but didnt get any emails.Even ste was asking me what happened to him!

It is sad to see such a good place dieing like this.

I got an e-mail from Vineet just before the froum went down but it didn't indicate he was going to close the site.
To be fair it had been running down for a while but it would still be nice to have the forums still available to browse as they were the premier source for c2k2 downloads.
The site is, of course, still up and running but has not been updated for a long time.

well,even cricket2002.tk had some gr8 downloads.
i remeber they had made the colonial stad for melbourne..also the world cup patch and a mega patch was in the offing when cric 2004 came along.

I don't mean to speak ill of the folks at cricket2002.tk, who did some truly spectucular work with that game, but the fact is that the "mega patch" had been "in the offing" for no less than a year.

Looking back through my emails, the last thing I heard from Vinnet was in August when he said he didnt have time to keep the site up to date other than check its all working ok. I have tried emailing him again pointing him to this thread though.

I heard that PlanetCricket is going to try and get a Cricket2002.tk back up and put it up somewhere, because Cricket Worldwide has taken them over. I would be glad to hear some news about this!
