Is the break between 2 drafts minimal and extend to 30mins-1hr or a day? I hope there is a 12hr/1 day cushion as people may not be able to be online in the odd hours like past 1am and stuff, in India (its 12am now)

This is the basic principle

Each drafting round will go for 24 hours. The next one will begin instantly after.
If a manager does not draft within the allotted time their pick shall be made for them, and the next round will start.
