Hi all,

Now that the first tournament has now finished (and a big congratulations to LioNKoLLA) it is now time to announce tournament number 2!

This will be of a slightly different format from the previous one, but before I go into details about it I would like people to sign up to take part in the tournament.

This will be restricted to the first 16 people that sign up in the thread that I am about to make. Reason it is restricted to 16 is because there will be 4 groups of 4 and the top 2 from each group will go forward to the quarter finals etc.

A word of warning, this tournament will take place over a couple of weeks so if you cannot commit to completing your matchs please, please do not sign up for the tournament. You'll just spoil it for others.

I will be checking all names that are posted and if I feel that you are not suitable to be in the draw then I make no apologies, but you wont be in it. I will contact you personally to explain why. Hopefully it wont come to this but I need to make sure that people do not spoil the tournament for others.

Also the matches will be T10 so you need to make sure you have enough time to complete the match.

More info to follow once I have the 16 names.

Sign up for the tournament in the thread provided:

Yes, I withdrew from last tournament as I could not connect with my 1st round Opponent, so I let him go through. Love to play this 2nd Tournament. Already filled-up the form in steam forum. Hopefully this time I dont have to withdraw again.

Have my first game going on.

Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Nottinghamshire

First time I am playing with SRH boys, only 1 genuine fast bowler, and I only picked 1 spinner in my playing XI (Batsman spinners are not allowed to bowl)

And i ended up losing by 22 runs chasing 81.

I was around 15 or 20 runs after 6 overs  then managed to get to 59.

It keeps happening to me on PC, towards the end of the batting i get the timing right, happened against Kushari and Issue on PC were I scored late runs and now here.

Any other PS3 & PC guys finding they have to adjust timing the ball across the different platforms? Or is it just me (and maybe my laptop lol)

I am beginning to make a habit of losing now, got a lot to work on.

Big thanks to Rizzyx for playing, I was starting to get nervous towards the end. If he starts to time the ball at the start of the innings all I can say is thank tweak I played him now!

I have learnt that I over rely on my genuine fast bowlers (Have 3 in KKR side), I rarely use Fast-Medium bowlers and today I paid because of it.

Steyn got 9/2 in his 2 overs whilst the Fast-Medium boys got the stick.

I ended up playing far too many bowlers in the side, Had Irfan Pathan, Darren Sammy, Jason Holder, Ishant Sharma and Henriques all Fast-Medium, only used 3 of them. Have to make some changes in the line up.

----------

@Kushari good stuff. :thumbs

I expect a lot from you and KKR boys, the bowling line up is fantastic.

Bro, you should have played few practice matches with your new team. Yes, team combination is very important. I am 100% confident you will win your next 02 matches and will be there for Knock Out Phase.
