Decrypting Database

I can judge that the database file in encrypted. Does anyone know how it is encrypted? Does anyone know the algorithm so that we can decrypt it. This will help us to edit the roster directly using an editor. There is a decrypter available but it's for the old versions and not compatible with the newer versions.

So how are people using Artmoney if the database is encrypted. I couldn't edit the files.
