It looks like user edges only happens if you play the shot a bit early , and I am really used to time it so late , hence there are no edges for me after 4 games

Either you are overexaggerating or on too easy.

Had a go with the beta in ground practice mode and swing is working as I would expect. Not extreme but you can now bowl nice inswinging toe-crushers and the rest. Thanks, BA, for the rapid fix.

is there still exaggerated seam after pitching, or does it carry on with the direction of the swing?

Edit: In my opinion things are pretty much back to pre-patch in terms of swing/seam movement.

Agreed...I only played in the practice ground but saw no exaggerated seam movement and it certainly doesn't change direction off the pitch. Cutters and swing are now distinctly different options.
