The spin attack is pretty much non-existent - Ikin and Wijesuriya have a combined average of 162, and even the apparently competent Mubarak never got a Test wicket.
In Sami, you do have a genuine 90 mph fast bowler, who might be a weapon at some of these teams that are so filled with inept batsmen.

The technique of using specialist tail-end batsmen to sneak in an extra bowler has been done in reverse here: Hearne and de Silva spending a lot of their time as night-watchmen has allowed them up the order.
Even if your battery of medium-pacers do find the edge, there's every chance that Blakey will spill it.
I had to change your batting order slightly to make it fit within the spirit of the draft, but I hope it's still sufficiently poor.

It really aas the only fair way of doing it, and both were players who were definitely better cricketers than their horrendous Test numbers
