I won't bother commenting on the obvious ones;

Alastair Cook - Good opening batsman, good enough for Test and ODI
Alexander Loudon - All-rounder, off spinner who can bowl a googly, maybe an ODI candidate
Andrew Flintoff
Andrew Strauss
Ashley Giles
Christopher Read - Decent wicket keeper, should be number 1 for tests
Christopher Tremlett - Again decent fast bowler but lacks international experience
Ed Joyce - Needs more experience at international level
Gareth Batty - Off spinner who is a decent county player but hasnt proved himself at international level
Geraint Jones
Graham Onions - Young seamer from Durham, maybe worth a punt in the ODI squad
Ian Bell
Ian Blackwell - Not good enough for ODI's IMO but he can bat and bowl left arm spin
James Anderson
James Benning - Aggressive young opener from Surrey, possibly worth an opening sport in ODI's
James Foster - Young wicket keeper at Essex, pishing for ODI keeper's place
James Hildreth - All-rounder from Somerset, good one day player but not England quality yet
James Troughton - Warwickshire player who has had his chances for England at ODI level but hasnt proven himself
Jamie Dalrymple
Jonathan Lewis
Kabir Ali - Again, played many times for England but hasnt really proven himself as a capable bowler
Kevin Pietersen
Liam Plunkett
Mal Loye - Aggressive opening batsman, maybe should play in ODIs
Marcus Trescothick
Matthew Hoggard
Matthew Prior - Wicket keeper who is a good batsman, very aggressive at the top of the order
Michael Carberry - Opening batsman who has played for many counties, not england class yet
Michael Munday - Young spinner, in a few years maybe
Michael Vaughan
Michael Yardy - All-rounder who has yet to prove himself at international level
Monty Panesar
Owais Shah - Batsman at the top of the order (around 3-4) could possibly open in ODIS as he is aggressive
Paul Collingwood
Paul Nixon
Ravinder Bopara
Robert Key - Opening batsman who is quite fat, hasnt proven himself at england level
Robert Kirtley - seamer who has had trouble with his action in recent years, getting older now
Sajid Mahmood
Scott Newman - Opening young batsman at Surrey, slow scorer but a decent up-and-coming batsman
Simon Jones
Stephen Harmison
Stephen Moore - South african born batsman who has impressed in recent years
Steven Davies - Young wicketkeeper at worcester, possibly could reach ODI squad
Stuart Broad - Young, tall seamer, could really spearhead England's attack in years to come
Vikram Solanki - Opening batsman who similar to Kabir Ali has played for England quite a few times but hasnt cemented a spot
Will Jefferson - Opening batsman at Essex, hasnt proven himself to be an England candidate yet.

Hope it helps

My brother is playing as Notts and he was saying that C.Read is very disappointing with the Bat....

So he played Warren and this guy started dropping crucial catches :p

Alastair Cook - great test player, i played him in the middle order for a few years then moved him to opener. very slow for one days
Andrew Flintoff - inconsistant bowling - normally picks up a couple of wickets but can be very expensive one test and a deamon in the next, more consistant with the bat
Andrew Strauss - great opener and future captain when vaughan gets old, useful keeper
Christopher Read - prob the best english keeper, but thats not saying much.
Christopher Tremlett - never really cut the mustard for me for england, but very good county player
Ed Joyce - never used at international level
Ian Bell - hes a fine wine, gets better with age! always seemed to make a big partnership when coming in at 4 with cook still there
James Anderson - extreamly good bowler after a couple of years tech training - becomes a world beater, got over 300 test wickets for me at around 26
Jamie Dalrymple - good one day player as can take wickets,
Jonathan Lewis - was too many players ahead of him to get a chance in my england team - bit like real life really lol
Kabir Ali - never played him
Kevin Pietersen - obviously vital player in test and one day games - around 13000 test runs for me :)
Matthew Hoggard - over 500 test wickets (think he finished with 504)! he could swing a brick! if its overcast - GET HIM ON, seriously even if its a good batting wicket can bowl teams out
Matthew Prior - wasnt international batting class for me - great hand
Michael Vaughan - fanmtastic player and should easyly make both test and one day teams
Monty Panesar - him or munday! its a difficult one, he can be unplayable, but seriously cannot bat
Owais Shah - never played him
Paul Collingwood - i didnt really play him in test matches that many time, prob 15 test, but was great in one day games
Paul Nixon - never played him
Sajid Mahmood - prob not international class but great county player, very expensive, useful batting at 10
Simon Jones - he didnt really get that many games as i loved anderson but always seemed pretty useful, wish id played him more
Stephen Harmison - can destroy top orders in only a couple of overs
Stuart Broad - i didnt give him a chance till he was about 28 but since i have hes never looked back and is now my opening bowler at 31 with almost 200 test wickets at about 20. wich id puthim in earlyer
MICHEEL MUNDAY - as youve prob read in this forum many times this guy is a legand! wait till hes about 25 and he will be your top wickettaker EVERY year at below 20 - seriously amazing player - and pretty good with the bat, 2 test 100's for me so far :)
Marcus Trescothick - get him in there! great batsman, extreamly good keeper, i used him instead of the very poor batting skills of the reast of the english keepers

There isa regeneration called R Gould who had awesome stats for me. He averaged 45 bat and 29 bowl in Test Matches and 65 bat and 30 bowl. That was on normal of course. Giles is good when you bowl him with panesar.
