Western Australia get of to a shaky start

First to go is Langer when Hoggard nips one back and clean bowls him

Martyn then escapes when he edges one past Shah at gully

Blackwell then picks up a wicket when Hussey flicks the ball up to Cook at Silly Mid-on

Only 18 overs of play happened in this session and yet England have picked of the wickets of both openers

The best bowler for England has been Lewry who has been unlucky not to get a wicket

Can the England bowlers savalge English pride?

Western Australia finish the day strongly​

1st over after tea and Goodwin is dismissed

However the North - Martyn patnership steadies the ship with lots of boundaries especially from Martyn

Martyn reaches his 50 in style​

The 50 partnership is then reached soon after that

And the boundaries keep coming and coming

Martyn escapes

The 100 partnership then arrives!

Martyn's aggressive innings pays off as he quickly reaches his 100 with many wonderful shots

Finally England get the breakthrough when North is bowled by Lewry

Western Ausralia make it till the end of the day without losing any more wickets

Western Australia are in a strong position now with the score at 198/4 with Martyn on 119 not out

This just highlights how quick Martyn's innings has been with 21 4's and 3 6's
