The FA have today announced that 61 year old Italian Fabio Capello has been sacked half-way through England's Euro 2008 campaign.
Adam Hornbuckle has been named as his successor and his first game will be a friendly against Germany. He will have to pick his first squad without Ledley King after the central defender broke his foot during pre-season training.
