Ok, most teams have been assigned, except for one (asked a special manager)

I have grouped some of the new members with other member's who are new or inexperienced in the cricket leagues forum. This is make the league run smoother. I have also put Sami Kumar with Pallu, as Sami Kumar can be a bit inactive, and I believe they will complement each other well.
