Who is your county team?

I honestly think he's not even in Kent's top seven best batters, let alone England's.
Hmmm...

1. :eng: :bat: Ben Compton (6 tons, average 56.47)
2. :eng: :bat: Daniel Bell-Drummond (15 tons, average 33.22)
3. :eng: :bat: Joe Denly (30 tons, average 36.34)
4. :eng: :bat: Jack Leaning (7 tons, average 33.98)
5. :eng: :wkb: Sam Billings (6 tons, average 34.00)
6. :eng: :wk: Ollie Robinson (4 tons, average 32.00)
7. :eng: :ar: Darren Stevens (38 tons, average 35.18)

It's probably pretty close for him around those 6th and 7th spots, as Crawley's domestic stats are 4 tons and an average of 31.24. How has this man played 25 Tests for England?

Sussex have a 28 year old Greek international playing for them today.
This is a large part of what my vision for cricket would be.

Going down to a Friday night Blast game and the teams being announced with all sorts of "England International, Zak Crawley", "Dutch International, Fred Klaasen", "Greek International, Ari Karvelas", "South African Youth International, David Bedingham" and so on. This should be celebrated the same way it usually is in football.

Jordan Cox too. Averaging 50 this season, almost 39 overall.

So I've noticed something really weird. Hampshire are second in the County Championship with more wins than anyone else. So they must be a really powerful team; let's have a look at the first-class stats of their top three:

:eng: :bat: Joe Weatherley548742,10625.3742.8916829

Looking at that, it would appear that they're essentially using their openers as new ball watchmen to protect the likes of Gubbins, Vince, Dawson and Brown - even James Fuller who slots in all the way down at number nine. And to cover for their slightly odd roles, both Organ and Holland have excellent first-class bowling stats. It's a really interesting approach

Yet again James Kettleborough shows why he's the best batter not currently on the books with any first-class county. If he'd opened the batting, he'd have won that game for Beds
