error with any editor

when i try to use the lineup editor or the save tweak im getting an error which reads
'Component COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependancies not currently registered: a file is missing or invalid'
what do i do about this..it was workin fine before n recently its giving me that error
i would appreciate if anyone could just briefly explain to me what to do bout the prob
