@Pinch hitter will there change in the player ratings..? as we are gonna play ODIs..
players who have n't played an ODI or an international match will be rated less na ?
yes... also player form and if player not played odi or List a matches in recent years, that also take in to the account for player ratings...

This shouldn't be the only criteria for ratings. If you check my squad and Aislabie's squad we haven't picked the big names but the players who have really performed consistently either in ODI or List A. Take Abhinav Mukund for example, he has a fantastic List A record but haven't given a chance to play in national team just because there is a lot of competition for each slot in national side. First, it was Gambhir and Sehwag and now it is Dhawan and Sharma with a competion of Rahul and Shaw for that backup opener's slot. So yeah, my point is, though players haven't played international games this shouldn't affect their rating largely.

Stars players might be rated high but these domestic players should be rated not less than 2-3 points from international players. This is just my opinion/suggestion. :)

i also agree on what you said... and if managers keep post this type of views about there players & team performance during the season, than that also help me to rethink and give special attention on there players performance & ratings, etc...
