Favorite Indian Food.

Whats the big deal of missing out on eating a living thing? Eating something that is killed is so disgusting. Being born in a pure Brahmin family (Iyer to be precise), we abstain from going anywhere near non-veg items due to religious reasons (though we eat egg because we eat it even before the chick is born). But over a period of time, I have developed a hatred for non-veg items because it amounts to killing something and eating it. How would you feel if someone killed you and ate you as their food?
I'd be dead, so clearly a bit pissed off.

And you do realise vegetarian food also amounts to killing a plant and eating it? How is killing a plant like killing an animal you ask? Well, it is in the same way killing an animal is like killing a human...

Also, the animals are reared to be killed. It's not like we're plucking them out of the wild while they are happy and free and then killing them. Well, not in most cases anyways.

Nothing wrong with being veg, I'd just end up being extremely curious if I were only veg...

Speaking of which, Palak Paneer! :hpraise
