Favourite Comedians

In the first few seasons they had shakeel (if you remember him) was my favourite still, he was the most professional in my mind.

Have anyone watched Reginald D Hunter, I thinking off going to watch him at the Hammersmith Apollo. He is ?30, but i want to know whether its worth it. He seems ok on youtube but i needed some other views.

Reginald D Hunter is fantastic but be warned, his stand up is A LOT darker than his panel show stuff.

I only recently discovered mitch hedberg and I think he's outstanding.

I like stewart lee and daniel kitson. going over to the fringe in august and kitson's sold out, I've seen Lee's show earlier this year and hedberg is dead so a tour is unlikely. so no idea who I'm going to actually go to.

i'm hoping to the fringe again this year. missed the last 2.

I saw daniel kitson live in liverpool 2-3 years ago. brilliant.

I saw reginald d hunter there too. Sat next to one of my teachers from high school. was kind of funny when he picked her out as somebody in the crowd who would be morally opposed to the jokes he was making.

:clap:clap:clap

1.Crap and over-rated
2. Racist Douche and seriously insensitive
3. All his jokes involve pedo, ---- or weirdness of some sort
4. No Idea who he is

Mark - He is. What is he doing in "How I met your mom" , What do you say? A horror character or what?

Robin Williams. I've watched a couple of his interviews in the last couple of days and the guy has seriously got a very innovative mind. I'm not sure on this but I reckon that he had a comedy show in the 80's? If anyone wants to watch him at his best, watch his interview in "inside the actors studio". You can find the whole episode on youtube.

He's definitely unique. I didn't mind his live on Broadway standup. they guy can get annoying though, it's like he is constantly on cocaine

Yea well, I agree with that to some extend. You put it in the right way, he is "unique" but at times (by the interviews that I've watched of him, I've realized) he just gets boring/exceeds the limit of comedy. After that, no matter what you ask him he'd come up with something innovative, sometimes you like it sometimes you don't and that, can be called annoying. However, if we're talking about comedians, he deserves a name here. Might not be as good as the names mentioned by others but I do certainly feel that his art is (as you mentioned) unique.

Recently got into Russell Howard a lot mainly because of his good news show. HE is obsessed with sex jokes
