Yuvraj - Point
Raina - Cover
Zaheer - Third Man
Ishant / RP / Nehra etc - Fine Leg
Sehwag - Slips / Mid-on

Gambhir is usually in the deep these days; notice the flat and fast returns he often gives.

Talking about specialists :

Dravid, Laxman, Sachin : Slips
Zaheer : at mid on/off (when Ishant is bowling )
Raina, Rohit, Yuvraj : Packing the off-side
Harbhajan : usually inside the circle on leg side

Usually, there are set fielders for slips and packing the off-side in every team, others are more of in/outside the circle fielders. Rarely do you find a mid-on or mid-off specialist.
