final decision

cant comment on BLC fully as the full version isnt released.

and remember a 6 over slogfest is gunna seem arcady. also in C2K4 (meaning that it will most likely be in C2K5 aswell) you could bowl a good line outside off cos it would be a wide

if you notice closly, on the off side if the ball is within the line it aint givin a wide in BLC like it should. legside is a bit iffy yeh but they have got it pretty right on the offside

only the xbox has no save feature. so shut up. blic is missing basic elements of cricket. i'm sure children are taught from 5 years or so who are interested in batting that they must move their feet! blic has this?NO! does blic have an advance shot? NO! the bowlers can also swing the ball like if they control it with their mind! is this realistic no! blic is the most unrealistic cricket game i've seen in a while!!!!!!! it is not a sim! just an arcade. can batsmen hit sixes off practically every ball! also wides are so fake! the ball can be very wide in blic and wouldnt be called a wide. even on the legside. blic is crap. cricket 2005 is better. cricket 2005 is a simulation. i am going with ea. i am sure i will be flamed but i know after both games are out people who are dissing ea will change their minds. i'll have to tell them i told them so.

o really i did not know crappit 2005 has save option in their pc version.so they have in game save option or just in test series and tournaments or so??

You're probably even more confused after reading this thread...

Just a polite reminder to everyone to keep it civil in your posts. People are entitled to their opinions and you should respect that.

Well Briana Lara Will Be Better After Looknig At Ea Gameplay They Cant Even Hold Their Bat Proper But In My Heart I Still Want To Buy Ea Cause Its A New Cricket Game And I Dont Play Much Only Cricket Games I Play Alot

The only way i would buy BLIC is if, in the final version, bowler speeds when the line is missed are realistic. Its difficult to time shots against Glenn McGrath when one ball is at 90mph and the next is 35.

Agreed there FreddieFan, the slower ball bowling speeds need to be looked at, far too slow.
There's also a glitch where the cpu batsmen, after playing a shot down to 3rd man (which in reality would be an easy single) start to run then turn back to the crease for no run as the fielder collects the ball. It's easy to tie down the cpu this way.

Brian Lara Cricket 2005 is rated at around 9/10
Cricket 2005 is rated at about 5/10
thats 40% difference. Why would you want super fast fielders and robotic animations?OK so you have an advance shot big deal. At least its a bit more interesting in BLIC unlike Cricket 2005. Bowl a yorker every ball and take 10 for 0. But in BL you have to bowl cleverly. You might get smacked for an over but then bowl outside off stump and a good line and force the Opposition to defend. This is what makes BLIC so much more better than Cricket 2k5. So can we stop the arguing and face the facts. Having read this you might have guessed I'm gonna buy BLIC unless your stupid (like the Cricket 2005 fans). Thank you for reading.
