Nope...just one options that is "report"

In my notifications it says that I have 1 profile message to approve but when I view it, it says message deleted by barmyarmy...but the notification doesn't go off...

You should be able to delete it yourself now.

most people are getting lazy now a days. They are not signing up. They just browse without logging in. I request the administrator to disable outsiders viewing the forums.

That has been discussed in the past and won't happen. My reason for saying no is the simple fact that if PC required you to join before viewing the forum, I would have just left the first time I visited.

People are required to join to see attachments and to post, there is enough reason to join in there, allowing guests to view the forum is a better way of getting members then forcing them to join to see anything.

Today Morning when I saw the ICC forum, there were 95 members viewing that forum but only 4 were registered members and the remaining 91 are guests.

Most of that 91 are bots associated with search engines. I'd also rather that those 91 are viewing this forum rather than going elsewhere.

I say Disable downloads for guests or make it to an extent.
