Just had a look then Playface seems fine to me in the academy not sure what the problem

Also having this issue where players I download have their edited playface on the academy but not in game, I'm on Xbox one and haven't downloaded the patch yet so will this be fixed the patch?

Ok thanks! I'm not sure what version I'm on, how would check? I downloaded the game on Xbox one on the 28th and haven't done any further updates

Pretty sure you guys are on 1.2 which was day one patch to us ps4 user

Here's my honest opinion. Selfish people that decided to lock their players are the same fools that are messing up the academy. Everytime you try and link delete or unlink these players it crashes. Seriously if they don't want to share their creations for all to enjoy then don't bother sharing. The joy of this game and BA titles is customization and others are selfish and quite frankly arrogant.

I have put years of my life into this for the community and I have not locked one creation. Thousands of logos, 100s of teams and probably close to a couple thousand players. Not one was locked. Not one. Now people download my stuff then lock it as their own and have broken the academy for me.

I am pissed.

Probably BA can remove the locking option altogether? Not sure what's the benefit of it in the first place

I agree! I used to love their work and used to appreciate it so much, but then when I learnt on here that they are locking out their creations, for reasons best known to them, I just stopped using his teams.

Ideally this locking function should be removed. If it means some people stop creating or sharing their stuff....so be it

I am agree with you... If creators want to lock, than they don't need to share it... If they share, it need to be automatically unlocked for every one use...

This sort of thing from people will cause the likes of yourself to consider walking away from it all and then the whole community will suffer from the actions of those people as the game will be killed off without the dedication of you and others put into it. As you say I can’t see the point in people uploading things to the academy which is designed to share creations - that’s the whole point. I know in ignorance of how things worked inadvertently affected things by linking players incorrectly last year when doing the Minor Counties teams - something I hope I’ve learned from if and when I upload some this year- I only hope that other have people have done so by accident rather than deliberate sabotage. There are numerous more people who greatly appreciate your efforts than those who steal your idea’s and work. I know how difficult I find the job of creating teams and logo’s and how much work and patience is needed - to not acknowledge this by stealing someone else’s creations is a big no-no. Just thought i’d put that out there on record.

Thanks. I get people making mistakes and doing things inadvertently as well. But the long time Planet Cricket members that do so because they don't get the number of downloads they expected is utter b*ll*cks.

And I dont get why they then post there stuff here either. What's the freaking point.
