I`m a huge fan of Dale Steyn and not an IPL fan but to just put it solely on the IPL is quite shortsighted. He had to play somewhere? Given Steyn`s recent injury record, he has broken down in all sorts of games, including playing tests for SA, the CT and so on!

People blamed IPL for Injury to our mysterious discovery Fizz!! Even at certain points i thought so too but He is a player and need experience from all over the world.He was injured by playing not by any league.

Agree. Faf himself was there till the final of IPL, but also don't think he has been quoted properly. He's not really blaming IPL, but the circumstances. Will miss Dale Steyn, definitely didn't want to him out for game against India, let alone the whole tournament!

David Miller got KXIP to chase 99 I think from 6 overs to win against RCB. That innings established him in IPL, and Indians love him since then. He played well in the ODI they won against India in South Africa.
