Both entries are really neat and great piece of artwork.
But Simon's one is better in my opinion. Effects and everything looking beauty.
Neer's set is looking like bit overdone with topaz clean kind of effect or it may be oversharpened.But lightings are nicely done. Great work too.

One of the hardest decision that I have to make, my vote however goes to Simon because on Neer's entry Topaz seems to be over used, the hair seems rusty on sig also. Simon however won it by his blurring imo, what amazing hands KIU both of you.

After all the deliberating, I've come to a denouement.

Twain the entries are miraculous, lot imply foolproof exclude one and that's in Neer's entry, it's overdone with topaz clean, which makes it sound a fragment abate, decimating the hard work, just a snippet though. Thus:-
