yep, i would have said starting price around 175K for both of them and then whatever it goes to from there is up to you whether you want to still go for them. And yeah, I don't normally play on dry pitches, I normally play on uneven pitches. Tindall is in form atm though so I'm playing on a dry pitch.

50 for Miller. He's playing this Agrid South Africa bowling lineup with great ability. 68/0 after 11 overs, Miller 54* and Elgin 13* who is getting left behind by his opening partner.

Zorax is 133/4 after 37 overs. If he gets below 200 I'll be happy.

:lol he got 199/9. I should be able to chase this but it is overcast and the pitch is green

And Chewie, since you will have that much money at the end of the season, did you want to buy one of my players.

Yea I did want to buy one of them. Either a spinner or a batsman.

You say that but... havent had a bowling change yet... doubt it will stem the tide though

Ok, well I have Fiebig who is a spinning all-rounder, wrist spinner with expert bowling and capable batting, expert technique and good secondaries or you can choose any of my batsman.

Unless you wanted to fight jdeus for Tindall :p for which I'm quite happy to let you do. The more money for me, the better :p

and haha, well the opening bowlers anyway but Miller just got out, gloving a bouncer to the keeper according to the commentary :p

Made 67 and now I'm 102/1 after 17 overs, exactly 6 an over, Elgin now 30*, Byrne 4*.

Well I have Curtin who is my current wrist-spinning all-rounder. I might try for him though and sell Curtin to Iridium :p

$220k + $72k + $42k = $334k if I come second in the Seniors
$245k + $72k + $42k = $359k if I come first in the Seniors

Plus theres the money I going to get in the next 7 hours for my five transfers. Hopefully that will be between $150-200k

Means a good $500k if I need to for Elgin and Tindall.

Whos challenging??

And haha Elgin out to the 3rd ball of the spinners first over!!! YAY :D

nobody that I know of, except maybe Chewie. But just remember that people just like the player so they bid on them.

And going pretty well, both openers scored 50's, 157/2 after 24 overs, 6.54 runs an over, Byrne 25*, O'Leary 12*

And you've had 9 misfields and 2 dropped catches which are hurting you a lot now.

Exactly so imagine "IF" they hadn't happened.... something about my teams on these things... they have this thing about them where they punch above their weight and look awesome... but just sometimes when they make a mistake its like opening the floodgates.. :noway

Should still be competitive... hopefully

If O'Leary gets going, I'm set for 300 provided Byrne and the rest don't slow him down but if O'Leary gets out soon, then I think I should score somewhere between 260 and 290. Anything around there will be competitive, anything under and we'll need to bowl really well.

fearsome tweak. Byrne out for 33. Now we need someone to go on and make a high score, to post a good total. Ali is a batsman that either gets out early or makes a high score most of the time, so if he gets past 20, he should be set for a 50, or an unbeaten 40 if he doesn't face many balls.

And so I guess you want Tindall at the end of the season?

Not looking good. The skipper, Fiebig is now at the crease and will be wanting to score some runs today. He will definately be looking to take a few wickets as well.

hedger_14 added 5 Minutes and 4 Seconds later...

Ok, why do I bat Fiebig above Oldroyd. Oldroyd has better batting, better fitness and better form but I still choose Fiebig to bat above him. Oldroyd will score slowly, I'm guessing like always until the last few overs if he's still there, then he will start hitting out.

well oldroyd just needs to stay in there. ali's accumulator talent is so important in this situation, he scores at around a run a ball easily without hitting boundaries which will help us to about 260 if these 2 can stay in there.

Dont get too excited about hitting out in the last 10 overs... got my spinner coming back on for five of them.

If runs are to be scored its to be before 40 overs i feel.

If i can get Ali out before then I could rip through the tail in the final overs

no, i won't be hitting out in the last 10 overs, but Oldroyd's talent is finisher so he's likely to score quicker at the end. I just need to play off Steele atm, he's taken 3 wickets already.
