And there we go, Whiteman strikes and both openers are gone.

2 most successful youth bowlers for Hedger's Team doing the damage, both with 59 youth wickets each.

I don't think any of my bowlers are reasonable or above...

Congrats to Saurashtra Lions :cheers

If only I had beaten you that one time, then I could have fought for first. But I'm happy to know that I beat Wanderers at least once, now to make it twice against him.

Well Baldry has taken his first wicket of the match and now I need to get Lindeman. 170/3, the match in the balance.

What, were you really looking forward to the paceman coming back on. :p

26.1 W Baldry to Webster : Webster played down the wrong line to a ball angled into him. A sniff of swing as well and a raucous appeal as it hit him on the front foot. It was in line and hitting leg.
A. Webster lbw b. K. Baldry 17 (21b 1x4 0x6) SR:80.95

28.5 W Baldry to Wijma : That's gone straight to the third man boundary. Would have been a fine shot had it come from Wijma's bat. Sadly for him, it came off his off stump! Baldry celebrates as Wijma practices the shot he should have played.
S. Wijma b. K. Baldry 13 (23b 1x4 0x6) SR:56.52

30.2 W Baldry to Egglestone : Slightly short and coming in with the angle, too good a delivery for Egglestone, who fails to get bat on ball and is caught plumb in front of the stumps.
C. Egglestone lbw b. K. Baldry 4 (3b 1x4 0x6) SR:133.33

End of over 31 (1 run) - Chewie CC(185-5) RR 5.97
T. Lindeman 7 (16b) , J. Stanford 1 (4b) , K. Baldry 8-0-44-3

This is irritating. Mol has dropped 3 catches behind the stumps this match.

Solid start from our batsman.

0.2 6 Ring to Murch : More like baseball than cricket as Murch thumps a wayward delivery into the crowd.

1.4 4 Wearne to Mol : [misfield] Decent shot by Mol, but made to look fantastic by some poor fielding on the boundary by Pearson who has given away a four! Wearne looks annoyed and so he should. 2 runs given away there.
1.5 4 Wearne to Mol : Somehow, Mol has managed to find a gap in the field and caresses the ball into the boundary rope. Even Wearne applauds the shot.

3.4 nb4 Wearne to Mol : That delivery from Wearne was quick. It has taken the bottom edge, somehow missed the stumps and goes all the way to the boundary.

4.1 4 Ring to Murch : Short, wide and well put away by Murch. Splits the two men at cover and races towards the boundary. Ring groans and kicks the ground.

4.6 3 Ring to Mol : Too straight there from Ring and Mol flicks it off his pads for 3.
That is the 50 partnership (51 runs, 31b, 4x4, 1x6) SR:164.52

End of over 5 (14 runs) - Hedger's Team(51-0). 217 runs required from 35 overs. RR 10.20 RRR 6.20
J. Murch 28 (21b) , R. Mol 22 (10b) , H. Ring 3-0-29-0

What a batsman.

12.6 4 van Huffesteijn to Murch : Short, wide and rubbish. Comes through to Murch at a good height, he was in perfect position to play the cut and does so with some ferocity.
That is 50 runs for Murch (52 runs, 40b 3x4 2x6) SR:130.00
12.5 4 van Huffesteijn to Murch : Nothing wrong with that delivery, but Murch's footwork and timing were immaculate and he picks up 4 through the covers
12.4 6 van Huffesteijn to Murch : Somebody should warn Air Traffic Control about increased activity on their radar...six more!

My bowlers are pretty terrible, they can't even get other youth sides all out in my league

Yep, comfortable win. My youth side is known for their top order mostly, as I play a flat pitch and they can take apart most youth bowlers.

Murch 59 (46)
Mol 101 (73)
Mohammad 68 (58)
Young 21* (20)
Khan 7* (4)

Well you'll enjoy pasting my three 16yo's a 17yo and two 18yo's. Suppose they'll get tested a little more on a sticky pitch though on a breezy day too... with plenty of spinners :P

Yeah, I play a fast bowler, a medium pacer, a left armer (medium pace), 1 spinner and 1 spinning all-rounder, with the 6 batsman, Mol keeping.

Not good :(

My batting is a little more "aged" lol. Definitely stronger that the bowling though. Not playing the 19yo's as Im selling them... not sure whether to do that now or next season?

If you want more money, do it now. If you need them to play for the rest of this season, and don't mind a little less on the transfer, then next season.
