FTP: From the Pavilion general chat

Mine came against the team ranked 1954th in the world and the batsmen were #4, 5 and 7 :laugh. Hattrick nonetheless.

It's not over just yet.

19.2 6 Parry to O'Leary : Parry has given O'Leary a nice juicy full toss on middle stump and O'Leary has responded by disposing the ball for six over long on.

19.6 4 Parry to Ali : Ali has fooled Parry with his footwork and managed to create enough room to slash that away for four.
19.5 1 Parry to O'Leary : Tickled down to fine leg where the ball is collected and returned to Hanna.
That is the 50 partnership (50 runs, 45b, 3x4, 1x6) SR:111.11

End of over 20 (14 runs) - Hedger's Team(97-3). 194 runs required from 30 overs. RR 4.85 RRR 6.47
Z. Ali 29 (26b) , A. O'Leary 39 (41b) , H. Parry 5-0-37-0

The RR was 3.5 after 12 overs so that is a pretty big rise on an uneven pitch.

End of over 23 (9 runs) - Hedger's Team(117-3). 174 runs required from 27 overs. RR 5.09 RRR 6.44
A. O'Leary 45 (48b) , Z. Ali 43 (37b) , S. Bleeker 2-0-15-0

Right back in this now.

Spoke too soon...

23.3 W Beard to Ali : Trapped on the crease to a full, inswinging delivery, Ali looks down at his feet as if he knows his fate.
Z. Ali lbw b. W. Beard 43 (40b 4x4 0x6) SR:107.50

Yea they're really irritating. And it clogs up your message box too

Century for Danuja Sanigepalli and Gopalan Sunondo on 99. :banana2

End of over 29 (6 runs) - Abhishek's XI(214-1) RR 7.38
G. Sunondo 99 (76b) , D. Sanigepalli 105 (88b) , D. Naagesh 5-0-46-0

And the 200 run partnership comes up!

That is the 200 partnership (202 runs, 160b, 14x4, 8x6) SR:126.25

Yudi added 1 Minutes and 6 Seconds later...

Sunondo given not out out off a plumb on 99! :D

Shukla to Sunondo : Rapped on the pads. Shukla and Magesh appeal in unison. The umpire gives the benefit of the doubt to Sunondo. Shukla is not looking very happy, it looked plumb on the replay.

Yudi added 0 Minutes and 50 Seconds later...

And finally he reaches his 100.

That is 100 runs for Sunondo (102 runs, 80b, 5x4, 5x6) SR:127.50

O'Leary out for 60 and it's all over now. 155/6. Only good thing coming from this match is James' hattrick and O'Leary's first OD fifty of the season, his previous highest being 47.

Well at least Tindall made something of his return. Brought up his 100th career OD run down at #11.

Look how good this guy is yet he's not even in my starting XI most of the time.

I'll be happy to have him if you don't want him :p

And you want to know why he isn't. Because he performs like ████ most of the time. Look at his OD stats from this season and the last 2 seasons

This Season:

5 matches, 3 wickets @ 71.67, ER of 4.3

Last Season:

15 matches, 11 wickets @ 60.09, ER of 4.53

Season 9:

16 matches, 12 wickets @ 60.33, ER of 5.07

End of over 48 (11 runs) - Flat Pitch Bullies(357-5) RR 7.44
D. Eriksson 42 (28b) , M. Duncan 21 (21b) , A. Kumble 9-0-50-2

Team putting mammoth target. Will Lions chase that??? :D

Not just yet Chewie. I'm not selling a second player so close to 100 OD career wickets for the club. Naeem took 96 wickets for the club before I sold him for 100K and currently, Tindall had 93 wickets. Also some great news. Kwistel's 3/45 means he has taken his 100th wicket for the club in OD cricket and is the second man to do so behind Graham Phillips. Look at the matches played for my top 5 wicket takers. (Using this matches stats)

1. Graham Phillips - 50 matches, 123 wickets
2. Bob Kwistel - 62 matches, 100 wickets
3. Farrukh Naeem - 64 matches, 96 wickets
4. Fred Tindall - 73 matches, 93 wickets
5. James Fiebig - 71 matches, 78 wickets

How much would people be willing to pay for this guy. He's not really part of my first team. He's been on strength training for a few weeks so he should be due for a pop soon.

hedger_14 added 3 Minutes and 2 Seconds later...

haha. My #10 and #11 batsman decided to frustrate the bowlers a bit. Tindall 23 off 19, Phillips 24* off 30. Ended up being bowled out for 230 after being 187/9. Barely makes a difference but it might prove essential in the NRR.

Thing is that I haven't been in the market for a player like that yet so I don't know how much I'd want to get him for.

I'm only buying accomplished/expert at the moment really.

I need to invest in bowlers heavily now. My batsmen have been pretty much fine at situations, my bowlers have been poor.

I am looking for some decent bowlers, hope I get my bids.
