Right now, I am busy with my exams (or atleast supposed to be), but as soon as things clear up, Harris, you are the first one in line if a team is up for grabs.

Actually Harris came midway down the first season, and told me that he wants a team. When I was talking to you, I might have forgotten about Harris.

Ah Well, I have sent reminders to all the previous managers asking whether they want to continue managing their teams or not this season. As soon as that is done we shall get going. Anyways these are the plans so far this season. Let me know what you think:
Next Season Thoughts/Planss:
- I am yet to fully make up my mind whether or not to allowBangladesh and/or Ireland this season. Thoughts?
- Each teams has 2 Tours + T20 World Cup
- Each team to play a probable of 6 Tests + 10 ODIs + a few T20s
- One Tour against a Top 4 Nation the other against the bottom 4 nation
- vCash prizes will be based on team "objectives" this season. I am thinking whether or not to give the managers a series of objectives (given by the board) on regarding their performances this season. Each team will have their own set of objectives they must do to win amounts of vCash. These objectives will be based on the team's capabilities as well as the board's expectations. Eg CA would give the Aussie team an objective to win the T20WC, whereas a minnow nation's priority would me to cause an upset. You will have a range of objectives for the tourneys to earning a range of vCash. Thoughts?
- There will be no ICC Awards this season. Tbf we wont have played enough games to gurantee awards, and it may go to undeserving indiviuals.
- I have no plan atm on the ICC End of season tournaments. We are gonna end with the T20 WC. Although it depends on you guys. If you guys want to see ICC tournaments like the Test championship and all, do let me know. I am only scrapping them cause I felt they werent entirely "useful" in determining the better teams, but KO cup does have its surprises.
- The points system, unless some one has a better idea, shall continue.
- Same case with the rankings. They shall continue from last season. Meaning the teams continue with the same points they had at the end of the last season.
- Managerial Sackings are more likely this season. If I feel that you havent been doing a good job, or not active enough, I will sack managers. Last season, I didnt want too, but Nakul abused that and the South Africans had a horrific ODI campaign
- Dont expect too many reminders to post your lineup. You will be given a warning once, if you fail to do so afterwards, I will rest your top batsmen/bowler. Obviously if you are busy you should tell me, so I wont do this. If you havent been online on PC then you can be excused. Its best if you see your game being simmed, you should post your next lineup in the SG.
- The amount of players in each team will be increased. Last season there were 18, they are likely to be increased this season.
- Injuries will be more frequent. I was lazy last season, but I dont feel like being so lenient again.
- Retired/Banned players are not eligible
Well I have simmed a number of games, to check out the abilities and all, I shall post the stats in the coming days so you can see how the players have been doing. A few of the bottom ranked teams have improved greatly in the games I have simmed, and a few teams have had horrific campaigns. So get ready for a few surprises
Also RDF hasnt been online for a while. So we have atleast one open space. and Harris is likely to get it. If we have more Sachingr8 is next in line.
