Thanks heaps, Daleroy and others for the positive comments...yeah, there's a time and place for negative criticism...

Im happy to say that the gameplay so far is great tho!!

Anyways, i have spent some time today improving the crowd and the balls and the turf...so here's a sample pic...

JK is working on making me a nice crowd texture so at the moment i put a quick one together so i could release the video as his wont be ready for some time...but remember eveyone what the graphics of the whole thing looked like on day 1!! See how far it has come now...it really has amazed me...so i can assure you the crowd will be improved heaps in the next several months, but i still think this quick one i did is heaps better than the last crap one lol...

Video is coming hopefully tonight - at least i will upload for Lee to post on the official site. I may even do it in 2 parts or more...there's a lot of content to squeeze in...

nice work guys keep it up. Looking better LM, if you keep going they will be mad and just so realistic! hey will there be you see crowd catching the ball when it is hit into the stadium like theres an action replay during wen they show teh six of a spectator catching the ball?

I tell ya what, im really looking forward to this game A LOT!!!! but seriously, i wouldnt care if it took a year or 5 because as we've learnt so many times, it doesnt help to rush it (grr EA) take your time mate, and make sure that YOUR happy with it, only then should you release it.

Just out of curiosity though (rather contradictory aswell) what time period are we looking for till the completion of production (i.e. 6 months? 12 months?) very vague is good for me

Well, ironically it will probably be closer to the World Cup in all reality, i.e. around the time of the others!! But I really want to have it done before then. It all depends how much i can get completed. But like you said im not going to rush it.

my brother has a machine close to those specs and i was wondering if the game will allow him to tune the settings really high so he can play with great detail.

The answer is yes. You will be able to change (to very high) resolutions etc. ingame. You will also be able to tune other settings such as whether to use various shader effects etc.

So it will default to a low spec machine but you'll be able to crank it right up if you can hack it and it will look really nice on highest settings

hey guys..i have been working like crazy for the past couple of days
on eden gardens and am really satisfied with the result....
Still The pavillion , pillars and a few minor things have to be added
but this is just a preview...

also, keep in mind that texturing still has to be done !!

1st am gonna finish modelling as much stads as possible from me !
