I have rFactor but I really suck at it. I need brakes, gear change, traction control etc all automated, which is slightly dis-concerting when I can drive a real car, perfectly well.

Do you drive your real car that fast? If it's any consolation, I really suck at reverse parking in the game

Dunno about you, but my real car also has ABS and traction control (of sorts)

TBH, I don't think the standard brakes were working too well, let alone ABS And yes, I so do drive a BMW M3 around at 150mph

Absolutely you can race, we let Kev in. We don't start with the BTCC until the 8th next month.

I gave rFactor a blast earlier and I was awful. Couldn't stay on the track for more than 30 seconds around Brands Hatch Indy circuit.

Brands actually isn't the easiest circuit, its pretty manic. The other day when I first picked it up for ages, I couldn't stay on the track for more than a lap or so either, but soon found my way.

I'm still ages off Stevie's pace though. I was pounding round the other day on my own, Stevie came online and beat my time with his 2nd lap.
