Batting : General
: Veteran
Team : India

As Batsman

Playing 3 Years in Domestic t20 , with 11 Avg I got Captaincy ... Why ?

What Selectors Saw I dont't know ?

Even I have been selected for Domestic first Class and One day .

I want to know what is exact procedure of Selection ?

Does If Performance Down I will be degrade or not ?

I think you just get the captaincy once your overall is high enough, form doesn't seem to have anything to with it (same with getting selected for higher teams too, as far as I can tell).

Have ever been heard Player with average 11 Get the The Captaincy and selection upgraded to more teams, Doesn't Matter How talent He has ?

Looks DBC 17 Check the Talent Bar and Experience for Selection .

One thing I also want to mention You get 3010 Point , Even You got out at 0 or 100 Runs ...

Must have had someone on the selection team or the player's father must have sponsored Uniform T Shirts for the team

Also i think it takes the recent Season and strike rate into consideration than overall average ? Did you play better in that season. You can also try changing selection difficulty.

If the game was honest you should have to EARN your position either in the side or for the Captain's job by performance.
Instead they make the initial club level so hard and the player so weak that that can't happen so as a sop to players they then gift a spot in the side and eventually the captain's job.
Total BS and bad game design in my opinion. Make the level of play easier at club level and the selection difficulty harder there bye giving the player a sense of achievement rather than what is now the case.
