Ladies and gentleman, welcome to the presentation after yet another thrilling season of GPL. The league has improved with each season and this season was the best so far, Starting with New York grabing the FC Cup to the replay of last season's finale. But this time Tokyo held their nerve and won the cup defeating Auckland in the finale. I would like to call Graeme Smith to the stage to speak a few words with us

It was a really good season for us. We did really well, we played as a team and even topped the group stages, unfortunately we lost the major SF but then we came into the finale by winning the Preliminary Final, but it's tough luck we lost. Our team was always good, Strauss, Vettori and Bell to name a few played really well and the other also played really well, Just if we would have stopped Cam W and Viru in the final, we would have won, but it's no ime to make excuses. We will do better and win in Season VI. Cheers to Truman who guided us at every front. Cheers to the people of Auckland who were literally the 12th man on the field. Thnaks for this. Cheers

Top Run Scorer:- Andrew Strauss with 665 Runs

Top Wicket Taker:- Shane Bond with 23 wickets

Highest Score:- KP with 141*

Best Bowling Effort:- Steven Finn 6/17

He will also get the Short and Super performance award

Most Valuable Player (MVP):- Ryan ten Doeschate

This guy was always amongst the runs and wickets, just the lack of opportunity

It the apples that keep this guy healthy and fit.

Best manager:- Haarithan Sesadri, He gets a trip with Danielle Panabaker

Now I would like to call upon the winning captain Cameron White to he stage

It is a really brilliant feeling to be crowned as GPl champions. A dream we had dreamt right from our formation in Season 4. This is for Sartaj who bound us for the two season. The consoling guy when we lost the finals of Season 4. He gave us hope and told us to fight back and win this and we did. Really good moment for us and him especially when he is leaving us today due to WPL issues (). I would even thank the people of Tokyo who supported us immensely. They have a big hand in this cup as well. Well played boys.
