Your graphics card doesn't support it.
OR
Just open up the animation bar and take a screenshot of it. Can you switch back to timeline and frame modes? That'll answer the 3d issue if the 1st answer isn't good enough.

Provide us the psd of banner than and if you say you have not saved it than it proves that you rip that banner or make a banner like that again and post the save psd of made banner so that we can know.

Botht he banner are really dissimilar, you have just used custom shapes whereas Pranav has used a unique technique which i know. This doesn't have the gray gradient effect as well. The techniques really differ. Stop lying.
If you can make that banner same to same itself and provide the psd then you can prove your innosence
