Tried my best to find it. Thought it would have been made by Mukesh or Akhil, but still couldn't find it. Maybe because they uploaded some of their renders on Imageshack.

No Bevel&Emboss is in there curve is easy make it with pen tool and add the gradient (white)-----------------------(transparent) and adjust it.Also adjust transparency & different blendings[DOUBLEPOST=1469440643][/DOUBLEPOST]Also Drop Shadow Black
