Also, I was diagnosed with Glaucoma, rare for someone my age, and the hours of screen time caused serious pain, mostly because I never knew what the cause of my tension headaches were.

Hope you're feeling better. Good to hear you're prioritizing your health. No need to worry either, my father has glaucoma and my brother and I have pressure issues to as this is largely genetic. Can definitely get through this. All the best of health to you.
