So the next round starts at 31st minute after the last round.

I know it is a minute (miniscule) detail but it makes a minute (60 seconds) worth of difference.

If we want to be technical about it the next round starts after 30 mins, 30 mins and 1 second is after 30 mins.

I made my deduction based on NMA's posts for previous rounds.

He selected 31 minutes after the last pick of current round. So 31 minutes it is.

I completely understand. I was just going by the literal definition of after 30 mins, because 30 mins 1 second is after 30 mins. If the rule was 31 mins after then I agree
