Has the new patch released for PC too?

Haven't played the game for a couple of weeks..Last I played,I remember having much fun having to grind it out in a career mode test match..And I hear now that the edges have been decreased in the latest patch for the PS4 and XBOX 1..I kind of don't want to update..And I cannot check my PC right now..So,can anyone tell me if the new update has rolled out to the PC version of the game?

Rightly said nobody is willing to accept Arcade style game. Now the game is beautiful on PC atleast. Realistic gameplay with variety of dismissals. I don't want to spoil this with an unwanted patch.

Nope we can't disable the updates on steam.
