having problem with downloading face packs please help

I can download most of the downloads but when try to download rahuls face packs it gives me error message listed below

mate your last thread was moved for a reason, this is not the place to do post stuff like this(i dont think, mods correct me on this), but your last one was moved and that said exatly the same thing!
