help needed urgently

[/IMG]i bought the game on the pc today. i was trying to play an exhibition match. after i selected my bowler a quite unusual thing happened. a message came up that it encountered a problem and had to be closed. i was wondering about why it is doing this. could i have a reply as quickly as possible?because in was really looking forward to playing the game.

it's most probably the starforce cd protection that is messing your system up....

I had the game for about a month now and I still cannot figure out why I cannot play the game sometimes.....

other times it works without a problem....
