Help Needed Urgently

Hi all graphics makers.

I am designing a poster of advertisement. I am advertising a Builder/Engineer and need maybe a tutorial or some resources telling me what to do because I really am lost because I cannot find a tutorial or anything that helps in me designing a poster.

Better even, If someone could design a template for me. I need it look professional and eye-catching, But not too graphical as that misses the point slightly as the page will be filled with writing.

The title of the poster is 'WALA', and then the subtitle is 'Household Repairs & Refurbisment'. NB, this should only take up about a 1/5 of the page. The page size A4.

If anyone could do this, You do not know how grateful I would be.

Blue colour would be nice as a theme.

Aye aye. You mean you just need a template, right? I read the above part, but really want a new answer. ..

Template would be fine. I just need the A4 Template with a colour scheme (blue preferrably), The title and the sub-title. You can post it in here or post me the PSD. Whichever suits you KBC.
