Help Needed

[Meet]

I am not able to upload .jpg files in Planet Cricket and many Image hosting sites such as Imageshack,Photobucket,Picassa,etc.It takes long to respond and after a long time it states that "Page cannot be displayed".I have even tried with browser like Mozilla Firefox,Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Can anyone sort out my problem?
Any help is welcome.

If it exceeded the limit, it would tell you it did, it wouldn't just stop responding. You also said you can't upload to other sites which is why I said upload it in a different format.

Try to create an account on any images uploading site and then upload your images, if it still give the same error then after recieving this error go to My uploaded images(or something like that) and check whther your image is uploaded or not. Most of the time images is uploaded to your account but due to poor network it gives error " Page cannot be displayed ".

I have noticed, it isn't there in image hosting site
