HELP please

I know this topic has been mentioned in alot of threads, and i have read every single one..and tried everything mentioned...

but i still can't get my SWC 99 original copy to work on my PC.

I downloaded the patches from the sites for XP...ive done the compatility things and still it jus says 'COuld not find BLC CD'

Please someone help me.

When you insert the CD-ROM into your computer, in 'My Computer' does the icon change to the SWC 99 logo? Maybe you have scratched your disc so it can't be read by the drive.
When does the error occur? When you insert the CD-ROM? When you try to install? When you try to play the game?

mmm, it shows the icon, the error occurs when i start the game using the downloaded files, it jus says insert BLC CD...

I think the best option is to reinstall BLC and play without the downloaded files. Sorry, that's the only idea I can think of at the moment.
