Help required regarding player editor!

I used player editor v3 to assign the unique face to my created player! it all goes fine and the preview windows shows the correct face but as soon as the game starts the game crashes!

in Face file u not used bmp picture.
or some mistaking by u

no i have figured it out face file was fine but the problem was with the roster!
