Help with creat player mode

I have tryed to make a player 5 times I make him put him in a team (New Zealand) go to my cricket save and than go into a game play with him have great fun than turn game of go do somthing else, start game up and my player is gone. Why is this can someone please help me

After you have created your player you need to go to save roster and save it.

i also noted they look black, i think this may have something to do with the shadows but i have not found an answer yet

Yes it is most likely a problem to do with shadows.
Although on mine this does not happen

Save roster after you made the player

hi guys..when i create a player skin tone the whitest but in the game his body is white but his face gets veryy dark and i cant even see hes eye colour.
i hope u guys understand what i said..please somebody help me out with this.
