Perhaps mention FIFA in the subject and you will get a reply saying :

"Hi ,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

Thank you for this incite of the game. We will try and look into the issue and make sure we can reproduce the issue here. If we can then we will contact the FIFA team to see if the issue can be fixed.

Probably the better idea will be to test whether they are auto replying or not is to ask them about the next EA Cricket Game release date.

Considering they probably haven't changed the engine through 2005 to 2006 I wouldn't be surprised if all it means is that they will look into the upcoming game and see if they have already fixed it.

Wonder which bugs will be fixed and which ones will resurface for 2006.. Perhaps the run out bug will make an unwelcome return
