Hook and squure cut

I have not managed to pull of one square cut yet in my many hours of playing cricket 2005. the hook shot is also virtually impossible.

Had anyone got any hints/tips on how to pull these shots off?

It's never wise to criticise somebody else's grammar on the net as your own errors are only ever a keystroke away
