@Arun A B, are you sure you are starting the career on Legend difficulty level? If yes, hats off to you and a big round of applause :clap If you can, post a 5-10 minute video of you batting.

So, I just got DBC 14 and started playing it. Played 2 FC matches and 2 List-A matches. When I set out to bat at the 3rd Pro-40 game with Nottinghamshire, I was batting at #2. I started my innings slowly and got 50 in 71 balls. I picked up pace afterwards and got my 100 in 93 balls. Before this match, my 2 Pro-40 innings were 37 and 12. After that, I picked up pace and went on and on to 150 off 127 balls. Being this just my 3rd P40 Innings, I got nervous but didnt stop. I picked gaps well and hit almost every second ball to the boundary. I got to 194 and hit a boundary and the next ball I took a double off an edge and here I was celebrating my first Double Hundred this early in my career. I went on to score 209* [153] I became the youngest dude in the history of Cricket to score a double hundred in Limited Over matches. [21] . It was a proud achievement for me, and also I got the man of the match and also my chances for a place in India team jumped to Expecting Selection from Good Chance.

Wanted to ask you people, have you ever scored a Doubleton in limited over matches.? and if, in how many balls and at what point of your career ?
I never scored a double ton in my one day career my highest score till date is 193* of 120 something deliveries @ veteran age 17.
but i did score few 200s in first class and fastest i reached was around 71 deliveries playing at pro age 16.

This time as an Opener.

Finished chasing all the scores within the powerplay itself :D

974 First class batting Average and 412 Strike Rate :)

Big irritant for me is this: I have a wonderful test series against SA going on (5 test matches). Out cheaply the first test, then scored couple of 70s in the next two and finally fancied my chances of a maiden hundred. Have been the Rahane of DBC with 10 50s in 16 innings and no hundreds. And then what happens...... BOOM! I am forced to play Australian Domestic T20! And that series is left hanging. After playing this domestic series is when that series will restart. This is highly unrealistic and needs to be fixed... I have got 3 MOM on the trot in the domestic T20 yet the pleasure of playing test match with high quality opposition is missing.

Also adjusted very well to Veteran but now back to pro as difficulty is been bumped down!! This needs a BIG fix.. not sure if its happening to others????

Sigh.

I just bowled 52 overs in an FC match. The so called 'first innings' took me into Day 4 - including the AI bringing out the number 11 to bat in a partnership with the number 8 batsman when they were only 5 wickets down and score 14 off 48 balls before the AI got him out while simulating.

Then, they took 20 overs to go from 8/532 to finish at 563 all out. I took 4-125 off my 46 overs - with me getting 4 of the top 6 batsmen, and none of the tail.

Over after over after over - getting 1 or 2 runs hit off me, the occasional four or six to counter the maidens - I had 9 maidens when I last took a scoreboard screenshot in my 40th over.

Oddly enough, there was a result - Tasmania collapsed totally in the second innings to be all out for 83, with me again taking 4 wickets.

And I didn't get to bat at all with Victoria declaring twice in the match.

Playing on Veteran difficulty, fast medium bowler.

Yeah bowling needs a lot of work MattW, they need to leave outside off more and edges need to be the same as us, I want to get the AI out cheap with edges on a green pitch, bowling needs to be mixed up more and it will become exciting. I don't want 8 for 30 like when the game came out but now and then would rock. This will be a challenge for Bigant but look how close the batting is now against before.

For the first time in my career my average is 50+ in all formats. Started the career as a no. 3 batsman with 'off side' as strength instead of 'front foot' as the default I used to select earlier. My stats so far...

FC: 1900 runs @51 with 3 100s and 13 50s. HS of 180 odd
List A: 900 runs @60 with 3 100s and 2 50s. My latest innings of 218* took me over the magical mark of 50 and on to 60 straight away
T20: 314 runs @52 with 2 50s. HS of 82*

So far am still early into the 2nd season and have yet to play my 2nd Big Bash tourney. Scoring 100 in FC is definitely tougher than scoring a 100 in List A as I tend to get out a lot in 60s, 70s & 80s (have also been dismissed once on 99) when I think the 100 there for the taking.

^ @cricket_online what difficulty?

@MattW would also be cool if you can share what kind of fields you used as i often feel the AI takes a set of shots according to the field rather than the deliveries.
