I think the ICL contract is far more attractive from a cricketer's point of view than the IPL (in terms of legal clauses etc., not money). In the ICL according to Kiran More and Kapil Dev (on Zee Sports during the pre-match show) they don't force any cricketer to play for the ICL ahead of their country.
