first extract bat texture using TexMod tool and edit it using photoshop or what ever and run game using TexMod.

maybe once you've changed the title, you might get some help, also, have a look in some of the threads, there may be a template in there

i downloaded texmod and i have the bat texture
but when i open texmod my computer hangs and i have to restart
