How to Edit the current players..............

Can anyone please tell me how to edit the current players so i can assign them their choise of bats because there is only creation center where we can create player not edit the current player in the game.

And last thing can anyone tell me y thee is only one, one, stadiums from India, Pakistan and Srilanka this is sucking to c only one stadium from India, Pakistan and srilanaka which is the main hub or we can say mecca of cricket.
