How we change AI patches in between a game

Hi everybody
i was just wondering how do u change a AI patch in between a game ......Like people have designed seprate AI patches for batting and bowling....say how to change batting to bowling patch vice versa ....without leaving that match...once u have to bowl after batting...i think u can't go to main screen of PC...????

1. after finishing ba1tting or bowling you can save the match

2. quit the hole game, change the AI

3. start the game again and load your saved game
