I can't join my friend on my ps3

The only person I want to play ciricket online with is my friend and the only person I can't seem to join is him.

Basically, whenever I try to join a game he creates, or he tries to join a game I create, it shows the error message "unable to join session". I am able to join every other game I find in custom matches menu.

It's almost like the game is conspiring against us. It's so frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

You don't understand. I don't want to play with other people. I want to play with only one person and for some reason I can't connect to him. His PSN id is jatin_harioudh and my psn id is whatisgoingonnow

Very rarely, we are able to connect. But most of the time, it shows unable to connect. Why does this happen? If I connect to someone else, it always connects. But whenever I try to connect with him, it shows an error. Can someone from bigants look into this?

Could be a problem with your buddy's PS3 connectivity. Maybe he doesn't have NAT Type 2 connection. This should help...

Joke's aside maybe the below steps may help if the NAT instructions didn't work

- Try alternating who hosts the match
- Both of you turn off PS3/4 and reboot your routers and then try again fresh
